Was the Security Certificate problem resolved when Daylight Savings was changed?

Possibly. A search online doesn't make the answer clear, but when you're dealing with time stamps, one thing could be off and cause issues.

I'm just glad the site is starting to stabalize again. I began using IA years ago and now I contribute to it. I host stories I write in both text and audio on it, and people who read my work like the simplicity and ease.

The site loads quickly and is straight forward. It reminds me of how things were, to some degree, in the 1990s, and I hope it stays that way.

It's about information, cut the bloat, remove the snazzy look, and just get on with it.

Long Live the Internet Archive!

Thanks for your comments. My personal reading is keeping up with technology, studying and implementing software, and watching videos. I have eliminated all my old 33 albums and audio CDs, and now only watch videos.

I just retired about a year ago, and although I have netflix, I have been watching and enjoying the old tv episodes and movies on archive.org.

My only problem is NOT getting audio on numerous DivX (avi) videos. I downloaded a codec for these files, but it had malware on it, and deleteed it. Wish there was a codec download page on this site. Two DivX examples are....

When entering a search, it is unpleasant when the search field is extended with other data, however, I still enjoy the site.
